Working with a Process Server
If you need to track someone down to serve them court papers, you may be facing a challenge. Whether they’re hard to find intentionally or due to other circumstances, you may well find yourself in a spot when you need to get their documents to them. This can be taken care of by a good process server. There is information you can give them that will help them with tracking down the defendant, if necessary. Most of this information is not hard to find and you can easily make sure that the people serving your documents have everything they need.

Even in very hard cases, these companies usually try to serve the papers within 3-5 days, which can be a real feat in cases where people don’t want to be found.
